The aim of this study is modeling the acquisition of scientific authority in medical education with responsive education approach. The research design is also qualitative with Grounded Theory method. Using sampling method of "samples containing enriched data", an in-depth interviews were conducted with 25 university experts at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and other medical universities (in the cities of Tehran, Babol, etc.). The results indicated that modeling of the acquisition of scientific authority in medical education with responsive education approach has five dimensions: 1. Culture and value creation, 2. Ontology and capacity building of knowledge, 3. Commercialization and market orientation, 4. Structure of scientific centers of treatment and 5. Planning and policy making and 16 components as: 1. New discourses, 2. Self-esteem culture, 3. Innovation culture, 4. Futuristic culture, 5. Requirement setting, 6. Education priorities, 7 Human resource management, 8. Thinking and planning, 9. Commercialization of scientific products, 10. Monitoring of commercialization programs, 11. Scientific freedom, 12. Enabling structures, 13. Application of technologies, 14. Implementation of the comprehensive plan document,15. General Health System Policies and 16. The evolution and innovation of medical science education.

The purpose of this study was to present a model of university autonomy with reason and cause approaches to university efficiency. In terms of purpose, this study was applied with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) and with an exploratory design. In the qualitative part, the semi-structured interview method was used and in the quantitative part, the descriptive method was used. Statistical population in the qualitative section of expert professors in the field of research that 10 people were selected as a statistical sample using purposive sampling method and taking into account the law of saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative section was all full-time professors of Mazandaran Azad University, which were selected as a statistical sample based on the scientific rank of 308 people. For data collection, the researcher-made questionnaire of university independence with 73 questions and the organizational performance questionnaire of Pin Priyang and Sing Sai with 21 questions were used. Validity was calculated and confirmed after the approval of the professors and the reliability of the tools approach (reason oriented 0.85, cause oriented 0.82 and organizational efficiency 0.89). Theme analysis was used to analyze qualitative data and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, t-test, exploratory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze quantitative data. The results showed that; University autonomy with reason and cause approaches has a positive and significant effect on university efficiency.

This research was designed to provide a model for explaining the effect of competitive and commercial intelligence on the commercialization of ideas with an emphasis on competitive advantage in third-generation universities. The current research was applied with a hybrid approach with exploratory design. Statistical communities in the qualitative section of study were university faculty members, which were selected through purposeful sampling and according to the saturation law of 18 people. The statistical society in the quantitative part of study, were university faculty members and lecturers from different universities of Mashhad, included 2,572 people. Using the Cochran formula and the floor sampling method a total of 335 people were considered as sample size. Semi-structured interviews were used as Data Collection tool in the qualitative part. To ensure the validity of the qualitative section and in order to ensure that the findings were accurate from the viewpoint of the researcher, the valuable ideas of professors and educators familiar with this field, especially in the field of entrepreneurship, were used. In the quantitative part, 4 questionnaires were used to collect data. Content and construct validity were used to calculate the validity of the questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was approved by the university experts. To evaluate the construct validity, two convergent and divergent validity criteria were used. The results obtained from the factor loads for each factor showed that all items with factor load were greater than 0.4 and average extracted variance were higher than 4.5. The condition AVE> 0.5 is for all variables, so the convergent validity of these variables is confirmed. In addition, the mean values of the extracted variance were the highest, indicating a divergent validity among the variables of the research. The combination showed reliability and combined reliability greater than 0.5. To analyze the data of the qualitative section, content / questionnaire analysis was used for all variables above 0.7. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Frequency tables, frequency, mean and standard deviation and, in inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, independent sample t tests, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation test were used. Data analyzed using Spss and Smart Pls softwares. The results showed that all dimensions and components of the variables have a factor load above 0.5. Also, the results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that competitive intelligence with a coefficient of 0.879, business intelligence with coefficient of influence of 0.649 had a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneur Universities. Although the competitive advantage does not have an impact coefficient of 0.096, the proposed model is suited to the general fit estimation of the GOF.

The purpose of this study was to present a model of moral competence with Islamic approach in open universities of Mazandaran province. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in the type of data was a hybrid of exploratory type. The statistical population of the research qualitative section included academic experts, who were selected using non-random sampling method. The second group of the statistical population of this study included all faculty members of Mazandaran Free University Universities who were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling of 420 subjects. In this research, the library method, semi-structured interview (qualitative section) and researcher-made questionnaire (quantitative section) were used to collect data. In order to calculate the reliability, the reliability method was used between the two coders. The results indicated that the interview was valid and valid. Also, for assessing the validity of the questionnaire, the formal validity, content and structure were used and, in order to calculate the reliability of the alpha coefficient Cronbach whose results indicated the validity and reliability of the researcher's questionnaire. Data analysis in the qualitative section through content analysis and in the quantitative section of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables and graphs) and inferential (structural equation modeling, exploratory factor analysis and single sample t-test) used. The results showed that the components of moral competence with an Islamic approach, including competence in moral cognition, competence in moral sensitivity and competence in moral decision making.
